These days it’s all over the place this global boxing match: US v China in Trade Wars; Saudi Arabia v Canada because Canada criticized SA for repressing women’s voting rights.
The list goes on and on. From where I stand here in my little town with impending Fracking to West Virginia attempting to impeach four superior court justices.
Hence my hashtag: #worldchillout
Healing an injury
can be a challenging and frustrating situation thus it is vital to remember to allow yourself to heal properly.
I like to think of it as my body talking to me, perhaps even telling me to slow down. Whatever it takes to heal, just do it. Be kind to your body cause it does a lot of work for us from the inside out on a daily basis: it never gets to take a break.
Do this: breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth a few times before you get angry with your injury.

Calming the frustration
Cross training helps get me into better shape by making me stronger and able to go farther. Hiking fast up steep hills/fartleking is an incredible natural high. Most times, I just can’t get enough.
